  • No. We are a small, local business and do not earn commission on hotels or activities therefor we charge a small planning fee for our time and service.

  • Our pricing is based off of group size and length of stay. Our minimum service fee is $199.

  • We’d love to hear about your special request! We review special requests on a case by case basis but please send us a note through our contact us form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Absolutely! We love planning family vacations.

  • Yes! One day, weekends, week long and longer - we plan any length of vacation!

  • On average it takes about 7 minutes to fill out.

  • It is ideal to have your travel dates so we can look into activities and events that are available during your travel times but we can work around a time frame, for example: the month of June, if needed.

  • Yes! We will work together on finalizing what is ideal for your trip. You can let us know what you love from each outline and we’ll handle all the logistics after that.

  • Yes! If you have specific things in mind for your trip just leave them in the special requests box on the travel questionnaire.

  • All bookings are booked on your credit card. We request your card upfront so everything is in your name incase there are any cancellations or changes that need to be made.

  • Reservations are put under the name “Dashing Departure”

  • If your group size changes during the outline stage of planning, please let us know and we will make the adjustment. If your group size changes after you receive your final itinerary, you are responsible for making any change to your reservations.

  • If you need change the time or group size after you receive your itinerary, you will need to coordinate with the vendors provided on your itinerary.

  • Dashing Departure collects a non-refundable service fee upfront for planning and booking logistics. Reservations for activities, restaurants and accommodations will need to be reviewed individually based on the vendors cancellation policies. You will be responsible for coordinating cancellations with the vendors.
